Sales Admin Responsibilities

  1. Process orders and prepare tender requirements documents
  2. Check orders and invoices accuracy
  3. Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
  4. Update sales and customer records
  5. Generate monthly sales reports

Sales Admin Qualifications

  1. High school diploma or equivalent bachelor’s degree preferred
  2. Min 1 years of experience as a sales admin or other administrative role preferences who have worked in ISP companies before
  3. Proficient with ERP software and Microsoft Office
  4. Strong knowledge of sales performance metrics and KPI
  5. Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills
  6. Able to prioritize work and succeed under deadlines
